The "Century
Class" BC Ferry was a big favorite with the model builders
in our workshops. They were great little
models to build, and really attractive when finished.
Both ends of the hull and superstructure were almost
identical, which made it a most economical project through
the shop, using our usual molding techniques. We
built, I think, eight models of these vessels in all.
I only wish we could have kept one for ourselves.
The painting at the top right was given to us by Mr. John
Jones and his staff, of the BC Ferry Corporation in Richmond
